• A full refund of any payments made for the canceled service.
• The opportunity to reschedule the service at a convenient time, ensuring continuity and value.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations by Clients

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate our clients, we allow changes to appointments with the following guidelines:

• Rescheduling: Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated with our team.
• Cancellations: If cancellation is requested more than 48 hours prior to the service, we will offer a credit that can be applied toward future sessions.

Please note: Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before a session will not be eligible for a refund or credit due to preparatory efforts already invested.

4. Unsatisfactory Experiences

While refunds for completed services are not offered, your satisfaction remains our top priority. If you feel a service did not meet your expectations:

• Contact us within 7 days of the session to share your feedback.
• Our team will work with you to identify possible solutions, such as providing additional resources, scheduling a follow-up session, or other forms of resolution.

5. Package and Subscription Refunds

For clients purchasing service bundles or long-term consulting packages:

• Refunds are not available for partially used packages. However, services within the package may be rescheduled per the policy above.
• Subscription-based services are non-refundable after the subscription period has begun.
